   Ask LV, or a short call. Hours per week, who is stuck in it, what still stays with a person.

2. Step 2

   We look at it

   Repeating jobs, ranked. Hours named. What not to automate. If the return is thin, we stop.

3. Step 3

   We build one workflow

   In the tools you already use. Train. Written steps. Hand over. Measure the hours that came back.

4. Step 4

   Keep it, add another, or stop

   A second workflow only after the first is live. You can stop.
